Title: Study on Administrators Performance Appraisal in Community Health Service Centers Based Upon Competency Model
Abstract: Objective The study was designed to construct a administrators performance appraise system based on the competency model in the community health service centers.Method The administrators performance appraise system was developed by selecting preliminary indicators from a literature review,examining content validity and identifying their level of importance.Data set for importance of indicators was obtained from 16 experts,who worked for at least five years about human resource management in the community health service centers.And fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was used to determine the weights of the indicators.Result Based on the competency model,the indicators were categorized into four domains.There were four first-class indicators and 14 second-class indicators.Conclusion The study constructed an administrators performance appraise system and provided the new direction of performance appraise in community health service centers.
