Title: ANALYSIS ON DRUG RESISTANCE OF MYCOBACTERIUM TUBERCULOSIS
Abstract: [Objective]To understand drug resistance characteristics of mycobacterium tuberculosis, and to provide reference for clinical medication.[Methods]M.tuberculosis positive sputum samples from outpatients were collected from September 2003 to May 2006.136 samples were affirmed.Drug resistance of samples against rifampicin(RFP),isoniazid(INH),streptomycin(SM)and ethambutol(EMB)were tested by method of absolute concentration.[Results]The total drug resistance rate was 62.5%(85),the initial drug resistance rate was 47.1%(40),the initial multi-drug resistance rate was 31.8%(27),the acquired drug resistance rate were 88.2%(45),and the acquired multi-drug resistance rate was 58.8%(30).The resistance rates against INH,RFP,SM,and EMB were 51.5%,48.5%,26.5%,19.9%,respectively.[Conclusions]Drug resistance rate in local is higher than the average drug resistance rate in country(46%).To enhance drug resistance monitoring and to select medicine based on drug sensitivity test are important.
