Title: On genetic diversity of Jiangxi native citrus and its wild varieties based on SSR markers
Abstract: The genetic diversity of 63 Jiangxi native citrus varieties and its wild varieties was analyzed based on microsatellite (SSR) markers. With 30 pairs of SSR primers, totally 374 polymorphic bonds were produced. The average number of alleles per SSR locus was 12.47 with a range from 3 to 28. The value of polymorphism information content (PIC) was on an average of 0.805 for each SSR locus. The 63 accession of Jiangxi native citrus varieties and its wild varieties could be divided into eight group with UPGMA method at a similarity coefficient of 0.51. It could be speculated that the original of Jiangxi citrus came from Citrus reticulate cv. Chongyi yeshengju, and Jianggang yesheng cheng was speculated the hybrid of Tangerine and orange.
