Title: STUDIES ON LIQUID-STATE FERMENTATION CONDITIONS OF β-GLUCANASE
Abstract: The liquid-state fermentation optimal conditions of Asp. niger FH11 producing p-glucanase were obtained as follows: a 250mL triangle flash containing 50mL medium volume was kept shaking for 200r/min, at 32C , the fermentation initial pH 6. 0, the fermentation period was 50h. As a result, the activity of p-glucanase in fermentation broth reached 86 U/mL.
