Title: The clinical observation of general intravenous anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in laparoscopic cholecystectomy
Abstract: Objective To observe the intravenous anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) in patients with hypertension. Methods 80 cases of high blood pressure 1~2 patients under LC were divided into the control group(simple intravenous anesthesia) and the observation group(general intravenous anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia),40cases in each group. The systolic blood pressure(SBP),the diastolic blood pressure(DBP),and the heart rate(HR) in the immediate time of preanesthesia and pro-intubation,the tenth minute in aeroperitoneum after drawing tube, the maintained dosage of anesthetics, extubation time and fidgety cases in awakening period were recorded.Result Compared with the control group,SBP,DBP,HR of the observation group at T1,T2,T3 decreased significantly(P 0.05).Conclusions The intravenous anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in LC can maintain the hemodynamics stability of hypertension patients, shorten patients revived time and reduce the agitation after operations, deserved further promotion in clinical application.
