Title: The Role of General Anesthesia combined with Epidural Anesthesia in elderly Patients with Hypertension Implemented by Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy
Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in elderly patients with hypertension by laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Method The 64 hypertensive elderly patients undergoing elective LC were divided into control group and observation group,The control group was used general anesthesia, while observation group by general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia. The intraoperative hemodynamic between two groups were compared, such as systolic blood pressure( SBP),diastolic blood pressure( DBP),heart rate( HR) ],hormones [growth hormone( GH),prolactin( PRL) and cortisol( Cor)and the recovery after anesthesia. Results The SBP,DBP,HR of immediately after intubation( T1),10 min after pneumoperitoneum( T2),immediately before extubation( T3) in the observation group's patients except oxygen saturation were all significantly lower than the control group( P 0. 05),The levels of growth hormone, prolactin and cortisolat that time of T1,T2 and T3were evidently reduced compared with the control group( P 0. 05),the postoperative breathing recovery time, eye opening time, extubation time, orientation recovery time of observer group was obviously shorter than the control group( P 0. 05). TAnd the incidences of emergence irritability in observation group were distinctly lower than the control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion It can stable hemodynamics, make hormonal stress response lighter, have faster recovery from anesthesia for general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia to be put in elderly patients with hypertension being carried out Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy.
