Title: Clinical study of peripheral nerve branch injection with adriamycin in the treatment of senior primary trigeminal neuralgia
Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of peripheral nerve branch injection with adriamycin in the treatment of senior primary trigeminal neuralgia. Method:56 cases of senior primary trigeminal neuralgia Selected andtreated by peripheral nerve branch injection with adriamycin. After 12 months, the clinical effects were observed. Result: 54 cases were followed up. Pain was relieved in 48 cases with relief rate of 88.89%. Conclusion: peripheral nerve branch injection with adriamycin is effective in treating senior primary trigeminal neuralgia, with little insult and complication.
