Title: A comparative study of laparoscopic hernia repair surgery and hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair.
Abstract: Objective Clinical results of the analysis of laparoscopic hernia repair surgery and hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair.Methods Admitted in our hospital from March 2009 to March 2010,58 cases of inguinal hernia patients were randomly divided into two groups,where A group of 31 patients taken laparoscopic hernia repair treatment,27 patients in group B.take hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair,to compare the two groups of patients operative time,intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay,postoperative pain.Results Surgery patients in group B was significantly lower than in group A(P0.05),patients in group A hospital stay was significantly lower than group B,the difference was significant(P0.05),A group of patients with postoperative pain lower than group B,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The two surgical trauma and recurrence rate,hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair surgery is a relatively short period of time,simple operation,suitable the hernia ring smaller,transverse fascia defect and the first line of hernia patch patients.Laparoscopic hernia repair surgery required a relatively long operative time,postoperative pain,shorter hospital days,more suitable for recurrent hernia and bilateral hernia and elderly patients with hernia.Of two procedures have their own advantages and disadvantages,in the treatment of patients consider choosing to be individualized,standardized principles.
