Title: The clinical value analysis of preperitoneal tension-free hernia repair gaps in the treatment of inguinal hernia
Abstract: Objective To make comparative analysis of the clinical value for treatment of inguinal hernia treated with pre-peritoneal space tension-free hernia repair and hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair. Methods 53 patients selected were randomly divided into 2groups,the study group was received peritoneal space tension-free hernia repair, control group was received hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair;compared clinical efficacy of2 groups. Results The blood loss, ambulation, hospitalization time values of study group were(22.1±7.6)mL,(2.6±1.3)h,(5.1±1.4)d,was significantly shorter than the control group's(P0.05);the postoperative complication rates of study group and the control group were4.76%and 31.25%,had a significant difference(P0.05);there were no significant difference between the two groups during the postoperative follow-up recurrence(P0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of pre-peritoneal space tension-free hernia repair for treatment of inguinal hernia is more ideal,is high clinical value.
