Title: Research & Practice of Case Teaching Based on Self-Development
Abstract: Case Teaching plays an important inspiration and driving part in the all-round reform of educational ideas and teaching methods in university.In the practice of case teaching,on the one hand there exists the lack of team learning skills due to the student's lack of perceptual knowledge of management situation,and on the other hand,teachers cannot grasp the validity of case discussing result or direct students to make an in-depth analysis.The scarcity of case-teaching resources makes the case teaching lose its proper role.In the case-teaching mode on the basis of self development the scientific research results of teachers,public information and typical events are used as materials,and based on basic law of case teaching,it is independently developed and applied to teaching practice and can give full play to the value and significance the case teaching can reflect.In the case-development process,the theoretical background and framework should be made clear and students are guided to conduct in-depth reflection on existing theory and to grasp the difficulty of cases and the specifications of preparation.
