Title: Low-Voltage and High-Drive CMOS Current Feedback Operational Amplifier
Abstract: A current feedback operational amplifier(CFOA) with low-voltage and high driving capability was presented.The CFOA operated at 1.8 V supply voltage with a total power dissipation of 316 μW.The circuit was simulated with Spectre based on 0.18 μm CMOS technology.Simulation results showed that the proposed CFOA had a slew rate of 112 V/μs and it was capable of driving ±1.5 mA current.Rail-to-rail structure was used in the input stage to improve voltage swing capability,and the output stage worked in Class AB mode to reduce power dissipation.
