Some reference books, literature history books and annotated poems of the Tang Dynasty published in the 20th century either list him up or refer to him as of Poetry. But in the books published in recent years, he has been referred to as of Poetry or both. The former originated in the painting, Men of Letters of Liulitang, but the original has been lost, the incomplete manuscript of which can be found in Random Notes on the Song of the Window published in the Ming Dynasty.
