Title: Comments on Human Resources Management of Construction Enterprises
Abstract: The essential of the competitions among enterprises is the competition in human resources.The human resources management level must be improved in order to satisfy the requirements of the changing market and to strengthen the enterprises' core competition capabilities.In the paper,comments are made,on basis of the situations of the human resources management of state-owned construction enterprises,on the human resources management in terms of improving the structure and quality of the human resources and adopting multi-level incentive systems.
