Title: Reflection of Human Resources Management of Enterprises in the New Economy Conditions
Abstract: This article discussed the opportunities and challenges of human resources management of enterprises in the new economy conditions after China's entry into WTO. The new economy is defined, and changes in the interior and exterior environment of enterprises are pointed out. On the basis of these changes, strategies of human resources management are put forward: establish complete new ideas of human resources management; develop employee's potentials by enhancing human resources training; and build human resources motivation mechanism and restrain mechanism in order to satisfy the requirements of the new economy.
