Title: Research of Hemorheology and Balance of Th1 and Th2 in Model Rats of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome
Abstract: Objective:To observe the changes of hemorheology and balance of Th1 and Th2 in the model rats of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, and to discuss the pathologic mechanism of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Methods:The model rats of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were made by diet restriction, forced swimming and adrenalin by subcutaneous injection. To observe the changes of body weight, thymus index, spleen index and blood stasis syndrome of model rats. The contents of IFN-γ and IL-4 in the serum were detected by ELISA.Results:The weight, thymus index and spleen index of model group were significantly lower than those of the control group, but hemorrheological index of model group was significantly higher than those of the control group. The level of IL-4 in serum of model group was significantly higher than those of the control group, and the level of IFN-γ in serum of model group was significantly lower than those of the control group. Conclusion:Immune deficiency may exist in the model rats of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Unbalance of Th1 and Th2 as well as migration to Th2 cells may be a possible pathogenesis of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.
