Title: Role of Early Enteral Nutrition Support on Postoperative Immunity and Nourishment in Gastroenteric Cancer
Abstract: Objective:To sutdy the feasibility and compare the result of parenteral nutrition and early use of enteral nutrition in postoperative patients with gastroenteric cancer. Methods:Thirty six patients were randomied into three groups.13 patients in the control group were applied with the traditional liquid,14 patients were applied with the TPN,and 9 patients in the study group were applied with PN and EN.The different effects on nitrogen balance, protein of blood plasma and immunity index sign were observed. Results:No complications in the three groups, the data of nitrogen balanced that the study group and the TPN group compared the conrtrol group contain obvious exaltation, and there were signigicant differences in prealbumin、IgG、IgM、CD3 between group study and TPN(P0.05).Conclusions:Early use of enteral nutrition after operation was safe and obvious improvement of nutritional and immunity condition, keeping with human body normal physiology demand, decreased medical cost compared with parenteral nutrition, easily to the clinical expansion.
