Abstract: To study and analyze the influence of early enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition support on patients withgastrointestinal cancer after operation, so as to provide data reference for nutrition treatment in clinical work.100 patients with gastrointestinal tumor were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Theimmune function, nutritional status, hospitalization cost, complications and recovery time of the two groupswere compared and analyzed. Data analysis and grey correlation analysis were used to study the influence ofearly enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition on patients with gastrointestinal cancer. Gastrointestinal tumorafter surgery to take early enteral nutrition support in patients with fever of 4.3 days, length of hospital stay was29.8 ± 9.2 days, complications induced by chance is 8%, medical treatment charge 50000 yuan, andpostoperative parenteral nutrition support for patients with fever of 6.1 days, length of hospital stay was 36.3±11.3 days, complications induced by chance is 10%, medical treatment charge 70000 yuan, In addition, the totalnumber of lymphocytes, exhaust and defecation time, albumin and pre-albumin in the observation group werebetter than the parenteral nutrition support (P 0.05). Compared with parenteral nutrition support, enteral nutrition support for gastrointestinal cancer patients after operation has certain advantages, bettertherapeutic effect and faster recovery
