Title: Clinical Experience of Treatment of III-IV Period Mixed Hemorrhoid with Improved PPH Surgery
Abstract: Objective To summarize the clinical experience of improved procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH) with anastomat piles in the treatment of Ⅲ-Ⅳ period mixed hemorrhoid.Methods 92 cases of Ⅲ-Ⅳ period mixed hemorrhoid patients with the symptom of bleed and Swollen content emergence after defecation were divided into improved PPH group of 40 cases and traditional PPH group of 52 cases,a comparative analysis of the operation time,resection of rectal mucous membrane integrity,intraoperative bleeding,hemorrhoids rebound,postoperative anal pain,postoperative bleeding,length of hospitalization was performed.Results Two groups were compared,and improved PPH group resection of rectal mucous membrane integrity,postoperative bleeding,hemorrhoids rebound and recurrence rate were obviously superior to those of the traditional PPH group(P0.05),operation time,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative pain,hospitalization time had no significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of Ⅲ-Ⅳ period mixed hemorrhoid,improved PPH surgery had more accurate curative effect,less complications,less recurrence rate,and the patient satisfaction was high.
