Title: An Empirical Study on Discourse Grammar to College English Majors
Abstract: College English grammar teaching has always been time-consuming and inefficient.Based on the theory of discourse grammar and combined with the practical grammar teaching in English major,this article explores feasibility of the discourse-based grammar model and carries out an empirical study.The results show that the discourse-based grammar model can effectively improve students' performance and enhance their study interests.
