Title: Comparison of oxyge atomizing inhalation ambroxol on the bilateral pulmonary inflammatory factor undergoing one lung ventilation in rabbits
Abstract: Objective To compare the effects of oxyge atomizing inhalation ambroxol on the inflammatory response to bilateral ventilatied lung undergoing one lung ventilation(OLV) in rabbit models. Methods Thirty healthy rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups(n=10 each),control group(group C) received two-lung ventilation for two hours;group OLV received right-lung ventilation for two hours; group A received oxyge atomizing inhalation ambroxol 7.5mg before right-lung ventilation for two hours. Bilateral tracheal fluid concentrations of TNFα,IL-1β,IL-8,IL-10were determined. Results Comparing to C group,Bilateral tracheal fluid concentrations of TNFα,IL-1β,IL-8 was significantly higher,IL-10 was significantly lower in OLV and A groups(P 0.01). Comparing to right lung,The concentrations of TNFα,IL-1β,IL-8 were significantly higher and IL-10 was lower at left lung in OLV group(P 0.01). Comparing to OLV group,Bilateral tracheal fluid concentrations of TNFα,IL-1β,IL-8 was significantly lower,IL-10 was significantly higher in A groups(P 0.01). Conclusion Inflammatory response could be provoked after OLV in rabbit, but non-ventilation lung were more severe than that of ventilation lung, oxyge atomizing inhalation ambroxol can inhibit the bilateral pulmonary inflammatory response.
