Title: Drug sensitivity test on larva of Hyphanatria cunea Drury against 15 kinds of pesticides
Abstract: Three-years-old larvas of Hyphanatria cunea Drury were taken as objects to conduct drug sensitivity test by using 15 kinds of pesticides,the results showed that 15% avermectin with chlorpyrifos EC,0. 5% dimethyl disulfide EC and 90% methomyl soluble powder had the fastest killing speed to Hyphanatria cunea Drury,and the larvas were all died at 36 h; beta-cypermethrin,S-fenvalerate and dursban tooke the second place with 48 h; 5% cyhalothrin,20% bete-cypermethrin with malathion EC,21% fenvalerate with marathon EC and 40% methidathion EC reached 100 percent of dead in 72 h. Only 1 500 times liquid of 5% butene-fipronil EC did not achieved 100. 0 percent of dead. Insecticidal effects of 25% deltamethrin EC,63. 1% monosulta· Bt WP and 1 000 times liquid of 1. 8% avermectin were 96. 7% in 72 h. 2 000 times of 1% emamectin benzoate PP had the lowest lethal effets in 72 h,accout for 63. 3%. In addition,regression equation of the 15 kinds of pesticides was matched,and LC50 of 15 kinds of pesticides was calculateded.
