Title: Isolation and purification of naringin from Citrus grandis peel by macroporous resins.
Abstract: Through static absorption performance and disabsorption performance experiments, macroporous resin D3520 was chose as the absorption carrier for isolation and purification of naringin from Citrus crandis peel. The static absorption quantity of this resin can reach 12.15 mg/g dry resin and elution rate was 73.94%.The crude extracts was purified by using the D3520 absorption resin under the following conditions:flow rate 1mL/min,under-adsorpted solution concentration 28 μg/mL,the pH value of under-adsorpted soulution 7,the elution solvent 50% alcohol,pH value of elution solvent 5,and the quantity of elution solvent 100 mL.Then the eluent was dehydrogenized by vacuum-freeze drying method, giving the tan powder of naringin. The absorption spectrum of flavonoids in product detected by ultraviolet spectrometer had the characteristics of naringin. And HPLC analysis showed that the flavonoids in the product belong to naringin.
