Title: OPTIMIZING MICROWAVE EXTRACTION TECHNOLOGY OF SOYBEAN POLYSACCHARIDE WITH RESPONSE SURFACE METHODOLOGY
Abstract: The microwave extraction technology was used to extract soybean polysaccharide from bean dregs.The extracting time, pH value, the ratio of liquid to solid, microwave power were optimized according to themathematic model built by using Box-Behnken centerunited design and the method of response surface analysis.The optimal parameters for extracting soybean polysaccharide were conformed as follows:the extracting time is6.4 min, pH value is 6.0, microwave power is 567 W, the ratio of solid to liquid is 1:33, then the yield of crudesoybean polysaccharide is 10.24 %.
