Title: The Preliminary Research on Resources Allocation of Compulsory Education in Urban and Rural of Xinjiang
Abstract: This Article uses empirical methods to conduct quantitative research on resources allocation of compulsory education in urban and rural of Xinjiang. The results of comparative analysis showed that the financial, material and human resources allocation of compulsory education in urban and rural of Xinjiang has unbalanced state. It affects the quality improvement of rural education and the implementation of education equality. The article also brings out some potential policy suggestion based on the results.
