Title: Hypnotic drugs in combination therapy for sustained efficacy of somatoform pain disorder
Abstract: Objective:Objective of antidepressant therapy on the joint collective hypnosis continued somatoform pain disorder.Methods:Selected 62 patients with ICD-10 found in the persistent somatoform pain disorder diagnostic criteria with a,were given Venlafaxine combined hypnosis therapy(referred to as mental group) and single therapy with venlafaxine(the drug group),two groups were compared before and after the treatment efficacy research 2,4,6 week pain scale(MOSPM).Hamilton Depression Scale 17(HAMD17) score of,to the reduced rate and effective rate were recorded.Results: 4 weeks after treatment of psychological group effective rate was 46.8%,6 weeks after treatment,the efficiency of the two groups are roughly equal;at the end of psychological group therapy and cognitive factor scores of HAMD total score was significantly lower than the drug group(P0.05),2,4,6 weeks after treatment,mental group was significantly lower than the drug group MOSPM total score(P0.05),the factor scores of pain severity 4,6 weeks after treatment was significantly lower than the drug group(P0.05).Conclusion:Antidepressants combined group hypnosis therapy more quickly relieve the continuing somatoform pain disorder,and achieved good effect.
