Title: The Numerical Simulation Experiment of the Circular Aperture Diffraction Irradiated by a Monochromatic Point Source
Abstract: According to the characteristic of flat-screen diffraction,the integral expression for the diffraction field of a circular aperture irradiated by a monochromatic point source was gotten from Fresnel-Kirchhoff’s diffraction formula. A numerical calculation method for the diffraction field of a circular aperture irradiated by a monochromatic point source was proposed,and then with the Matlab software this calculation method was used to carry out a numerical simulation experiment on computer to study the paraxial diffraction field of a circular aperture irradiated by a monochromatic pointsource. These are helpful to further study the relevant diffraction experiment and the diffraction theory and technology. This kind of computer simulation method extends the study ways and means of the diffraction problem,and has some application value,especially has a visual effect for teaching.
