Title: Effect of Kakkonein on Apoptosis after Hepatic Ischemia Reperfusion Injury in Rats
Abstract: To investigate the effect of kakkonein on apopsis after hepatic ischemia reperfusion injury in rats, male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups:pseudo-operation normal control group, hepatic ischemia reperfusion injury model group, kakkonein group. After hepatic ischemia and reperfusion,to analysis the expression level of P21 using the methods of western blot,to observe the apoptosis rate by Annexin V/PI staining FCM.After hepatic ischemia reperfusion, the expression level of P21 and apoptosis rate increased obviously comparing with the normal group; Comparing to the hepatic ischemia reperfusion injury model group, the expression level of P21 and apoptosis rate decreased. The kakkonein have a prominent protective effect on hepatic ischemia reperfusion injury through regulating the process of apoptosis.
