Title: Study of performance of mixed system of zwitterionic and anionic surfactants
Abstract: Epichlorohydrin and sodium dihydrogen phosphate were used to synthesize phosphate intermediates, and then reacted with dodecylamine to form phosphatebetaine, and mixed with sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate. The surface tension, critical micelle concentration, foam stability and other properties of the product were measured. The results showed that:the surface tension of phosphatebetaine surfactant reaches 30 mN/m,critical micelle concentration is 7.98 g/L under the optimal conditions. For the mixed system, when the ratio of the phosphatebetaine surfactant to SDBS is 6 ∶4,the synergistic effect exhibits significantly, and the surface tension reaches 23 mN/m,critical micelle concentration is 4.84 g/L,the emulsifying capacity for turpentine is fine.
