Title: Preparation and Adsorption Property of the Cd(II)-8-hydroxyquinoline Imprinted Polymer
Abstract: The molecular imprinted polymer was synthesized by precipitation polymerization with cadmium(Ⅱ)-8-hydroxyquinoline as template,methacrylic acid as functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as cross-linker.The imprinted polymer adsorption and selective recognition of the template molecule and measuring the effects of acidity were studied,and the optimal adsorption conditions,such as acidity,concentration,temperature and time factors were investigated by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The results show that imprinted polymer template molecule has a good adsorption and selective adsorption equilibrium,the optimum acidity for quantitative enrichment was around pH 10 and the adsorption equilibrium could be reached in 50 min,and proposed imprinted polymer adsorption mechanism of imprinting.
