Title: Breeding of Pleurotus eryngii by the Technology of N+Implantation
Abstract: To breed a high yield strain by N+ion beam implantation,Pleurotus eryngii mycelia and fruit body,which were ion beam implanted,were cultivated. The growth rate and biomass of mycelia were measured. The yield of fruit body were compared The results showed that the infection time of N+had significantly different effect on the growth rate of mycelia,mycelial biomass and fruit body yield,and a high yield strain was selected successfully that yield raised 17. 43%. It would provide technical support for factory cultivation of Pleurotus eryngii.
