In the present investigation that were the studies of Evaluation of Culture Media, pH and Temperature for Mycelial Growth of different Strains (PL-1, PL-2, PL-3, Psc-1 and Psc-2) of Pleurotus sp. Five culture media were tested for the mycelial growth and measured the mycelia growth on YPDA of five strains PL-1, PL-2, PL-3, Psc-1 and Psc-2 were found better growth observed after 8 day. The evaluation of different pH were tested for the mycelial growth and measured the mycelial growth 8 pH of five strains PL-1, PL-2, PL-3, Psc-1 and Psc-2 were found better growth observed after 8 days. The growth of mycelial in 7pH was good performance in all strains of Pleurotus sp. followed by 9 pH. Mycelial growth was much slow on 6 pH. The effect of different temperature was evaluated on mycelia growth of strains of Pleurotus sp. Mycelial growth of five strains on 25UC was obtained fast and better growth in 8 days, followed by growth of mycelial at 30°C and 20UC were good performance in all strains of Pleurotus sp. and the mycelial growth was much slow on 15UC.Read More
