Abstract: Bilingual mental lexicon is always in a dynamic state.A bilingual mental lexicon of a target word can be formed as a great sum of the information of the target word are inputted.On the other hand,this mental lexicon,which is readily affected by some extrinsic factors as the word form and the sum of input,is always changeable,and the connection between its lemma level and conception level would be increased in accord with improvement of the capability of the use of this word.
