Title: Changes of Soil Physical and Chemical Properties Under Different Coal Mining Subsidence Years in Windy Desert Area
Abstract: Four communities were selected as experimental stands that had been subsidenced after 2a,7a,12a and 17a.A nearby no subsidenced stand was selected as a control stand. The aim of this study was to investigate the changes of soil water content, porosity, organic matter, soil nutrient in different soil depth. The results showed that:(1)Soil moisture content and porosity had significant difference between subsidence after 2aand no subsidence plots, soil moisture content change was mainly affected by the moisture migration in aerated zone, wind and water erosion factors were the main causes of surface soil porosity change;(2)Soil organic matter decomposition rate accelerated after subsidence 2aaround 38%;(3)After the subsidence, soil total N and available N content were significantly lower than that of the control sample, loss rate of around 20%and 80%respectively;(4)The total P content in soil after subsidence was significantly higher, available P in soil after subsidence 2aand 7ahad no significant difference in subsidence area with the control stand, erosion rate was 65%~75%;(5)Total K and the available K content had not significant changes in subsidence area;(6)Effects of mining subsidence on sandy soil nutrient were far greater than that on soil physical properties, soil moisture subsidence after 7arecovered to about 75%,soil porosity could be completed recovery,N,P elements in soil could gradually restore after subsidence 12~17a.
