Abstract: The professional development of teachers is the main concern of educational field at home and abroad.The foreign language teachers in west area of China improve their professional ability by reading articles in journals and writing the relative articles.The difficulties we face in development can be divided into two aspects,on the one hand,teachers themselves did not pay more attention to reflective teaching,on the other hand,we lack of the financial support from the schools.
