Title: Changes of Serum Myocardial Enzyme Activity on 42 Children with Organophosphate Poisoning
Abstract: Objective To explore the changes of myocardial enzymes activity and their clinical significance in children with organophosphate poisoning. Methods The 3~12 years old children were selected and divided into three groups.Serum levels of LDH,LDH1,HBDH,CK and CK-MB were measured by full automation biochemistry analysator. Results The serum levels and rising percentage of LDH,LDH1,HBDH,CK and CK-MB were significantly higher in organophosphate poisoning group than that in the normal control group. Conclusion The result showed that there was rising of myocardial enzyme activity in organophosphate poisoning, which indicating that myocardium damage occured among children with organophosphate poisoning.
