Title: The Changes of Activity of Serum Myocardial Enzymes in Children with Bronchial Asthma
Abstract: Objective To explore the changes of serum myocardial enzymes activity and their clinical significance in children with bronchial asthma(BA).Methods The 3~12 year old chidren were selected and divided into the following five groups:control group,mild-BA group,moderate-BA group,severe-BA group and paracme BA group. The serum levels of LDH,LDH1,HBDH,CK and CK-MB were measured with automatic biochemistry analysator. Results The serum levels and rising percentage of LDH,LDH1,HBDH,CK and CK-MB were significantly higher in moderate and severe BA groups than that of the control group, paracme BA group and mild BA group. Conclusion The rising of serum myocardial enzyme levels in children with moderate-severe BA indicated that these children may be involved in myocardium damage.
