Title: Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Formula Granules on Hyperlipidemia
Abstract: Objective:To analyze and observe the effect of clinical treatment on hyperlipemia by use of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules. Method:Fifty-eight cases of hyperlipidemia patients selected from the Second People's Hospital Sichuan Panzhihua from January 2012 to December 2012 were treated as research objects, and they were divided into the regular group and the blood lipid control group(29 cases in each group respectively)according to different treatment methods. The patients in the regular group were treated with Simvastatin(10 mg/time,administered at draught at night),a western medicine, while the patients in the blood lipid control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine formula granules(hawthorn, leech, salvia miltiorrhiza). Patients in both groups were treated for 1 month, and clinical curative effect before and after treatment, blood lipid level,TC,TG and LDL-C of patients in both groups were compared. Results:14 cases of patients with obvious effect,10 cases with effective efficacy and 5 cases with effectiveness were found in the regular group, and the total effective rate of treatment was 82.76%,16 cases with obvious efficacy,9 cases with effective efficacy and 4 case without efficacy were found in the blood lipid control group. The total effective rate was 86.21%,and the data comparison between two groups had no significance(χ2=0.3436,t=0.5578,P0.05). The TC,TG and LDL-C in the regular group and blood lipid control group before and after treatment were improved significantly(P0.05),and the lipid level of patients in the blood lipid control was of no statistical significance when it was compared to that of patients in the regular group(P0.05). Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine formula granules in treating hyperlipidemia have advantages, such as promoting approach, substantial targets, extensive blood fat reduction, low side effect. This medicine can effectively inhibit lipid absorption and reduce blood fat level.
