Title: Expression and its Clinical Significance of P53,CD44 and EGFR in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
Abstract: Objective To observe the expression and its clinical significance of P53,CD44 and EGFR in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Expression of P53,CD44 and EGFR was detected by immunohistochemistry in 87 NSCLC tissues, and their relationship was analyzed. Results The positive rate of P53,CD44 and EGFR was 49.4%,60.9% and 67.8%,respectively,in NSCLC tissues. The positive rate of P53 with stage III-IV was lower than that with stage I-II(40.3% vs.66.7%,P0.05).The positive rate of CD44 was higher in lung squamous cell carcinoma than that in lung adenocarcinoma(82.8% vs.49.1%,P0.01).The positive rate of EGFR was higher with lymph node metastasis than that without lymph node metastasis(74.6% vs.53.6%,P0.05).Conclusion The joint detection of P53,CD44 and EGFR is helpful for predicting the potential metastasis and targeted chemotherapy of NSCLC.
