Title: Effects of Different Treatments on the Transplanting of Wine Grape 'Ecolly' Plantlets
Abstract: Effects of different substrates on the survival rate, growth and physiological characteristics of 'Ecolly' were studied.Growth indices were determined by routine methods.Physiological indices were determined by TTC and other methods. The highest survival rate and stress-resistance of the transplanted plantlets were obtained in the mixed substrate of humus soil and perlite with a proportion of 1∶1(v/v),and the dried weight ratio and root vigor were the highest in the mixed substrate of humus soil, perlite, soil, and dung with a proportion of 1∶1∶1∶0.3(v/v).The size of transplanting container exhibited some influences on the growth of the plantlets. The effect of hormone with a concentration of 0.4 g·L-1 on promoting new roots was not obvious in short time, but it can improve root vigor and healthy seedling index of the survived plantlets. For the large-scale transplanting, the mixed substrate of humus soil, perlite, soil, and dung with a proportion of 1∶1∶1∶0.3 was more suitable than humus soil and perlite(1∶1).
