Title: Dynamic adsorption characteristic of removing thiophene and benzothiophene on Cu(I)-13X molecular sieve
Abstract: Cu(Ⅰ)-13X molecular sieve was prepared by a liquid ion-exchange method to study the two-component dynamic adsorption of thiophene and benzothiophene were investigated in a fixed bed.The effects of the initial concentration of thiophene and benzothiophene were investigated in the simulated gasoline, residence time and bed height conditions in the fixed bed.The results showed that the saturated adsorption capacity of the adsorbent increased 7.2% with the increase of initial concentration of thiophene from 800 to 1000μg/g.Increasing the residence time was favourable to dynamic adsorption. When the residence time increased from 24 min to 30min,the adsorption capacity increased 19.2%,and the saturated adsorptions of the thiophene and the benzothiophene increased by 26.5% and 25.5%.The adsorption capacity increased 8.9% and the saturated adsorptions of the thiophene and the benzothiophene increased by 15.3% and 6.6% when the bed height increased from 16cm to 20cm.
