Title: Determination of Pesticide Residue Chlorpyrifos Methyl on Surface of Red Pepper by Laser Raman Spectroscopy with Internal Standard Method
Abstract: The simulate residue amount of chlopyrifos methyl on surface of red pepper vegetable was determined by laser Raman spectroscopy,andβ-carotene was rich in red pepper,that was choosed as internal standard signal withβ-carotene of 1444.0cm~(-1) peak,and the relative spectral intensity was constituted by the characteristic Raman spectra 649.4cm~(-1) of pesticide chlopyrifos methyl and 1444.0cm~(-1) ofβ-carotene.The results showed there was a good linear relationship between relative spectral intensity and residue amount of pesticide chlopyrifos methyl,and the linear relation was R=0.143V+ 2.023 with the linear correlation coefficient of 0.9895.The laser Raman spectroscopy internal standard method can be applied to determining the pesticide residue in the specified conditions.
