Title: Screening and Costruction of Lignocellulose-Decomposing Microorganisms and Study of Its Degradation Effect
Abstract: Using aniline blue decoloration and Congo red medium,8 strains which could degrade the cellulose preferable,were screened from the samples. Lignin peroxidase 、Mn peroxidase、Laccase、endoglucanase、exoglucanase and cellobiase activities of 8 strains were analysed, and got 4 strains had total and higher enzymes, that were H14、H17、W15、W23. Based on the analysis of strains consistency,4 strains had been combined. Optimized the fermentation conditions, Li P and Cx activity respectively reached 28.02 U / m L and 38.16 U / m L under the optimization conditions, and the degradation rate of corn straw powder reached 35.24%,on the degradation rate of 35.24% corn bran.which had the value of further study.
