Title: Breeding and Properties Analysis of Low-Temperature Cellulose-Degrading Strains
Abstract: Using rotten wood and composting samples as materials, through restrictive subculture and mixed culture,a group of composite strain Y with efficient and stable cellulose-degrading ability were screened. The relationship among pH,enzyme activity, weightlessness rate and products in different growth stages of strains Y were sludied. The results showed that the 0 to 6 days were the logarithmic growth phase of strain Y;filter strips completely collapsed in four days.Static culture at 20 ℃ for 10 d,rice straw degradation rate reached to 59% whele enzyme activity was 103.5 U / mL.The main metabolic products were acetic acid and a small amount of butyric acid and propionic acid, their content was 1.70,0.21,0.12 g / L,respectively.Acetic acid accounted for 85% of the total volatile acid content.Composite strains Y was suitable for being applied to lowtemperature methane fermentation with straw as raw materials.
