Abstract: To higher vocational college teachers, the course reform based on working process is not only an enormous challenge, but also an effective path and a rare opportunity for their professional development. Through the analysis on the new roles of higher vocational college teachers in the course reform based on working process, we explore the knowledge difficulties faced by teachers in the course reform, and propose the strategies to promote their professional development from different points of view.
