Title: The factors hindering farmers' income and solution to them
Abstract: In recent years,farmers' income has increased slowly.This is because:(1)the increase of farmers' income is affected by the environments of policies and market,(2)there are drops in the income of non-agricultural fields and the benefits of rural and town ownship enterprises,and the construction in small towns goes down or lags,(3)agriculture has not formed industrialized development beacause of the restrict on production scope and its constructure,(4)there are some deviations in input policies,and farmers' income increasing is not potenial,(5)there is heavy tax-fee paid by farmers.There are the following ways to settle the above-mentioned problems:(1)adjusting agricultural contructure,(2)realizing agricultural industrialization,(3)developing greatly the industrialization in the high and new agro-technology,which depends on science and technology progressing,(4)speeding the construction of small towns,and transfering the rural surplus labor force,(5)developing the privately-ownship economy,and cultivating the new economic developing points,and (6) lightening practically the burden on the farmers in tax-fee,creating the good social environments for farmers' income increasing.
