Title: Clinical analysis and application experience of ultrasound in the diagnosis of 85 fetal abnormalities
Abstract: Objective:This paper is to integrate clinically practical examination data and clinical application value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal abnormalities. Methods:Research subjects mainly include 85 pregnant women delivering fetal abnormalities after clinical odinopoeia and childbirth from January,2010 to January 2014,and clinically practical inspection data was combined to retrospectively summarize general data of inspection and fetal malformation, etc. Results:The accuracy rate of type-B ultrasound diagnosis hit 96.5%,and there was significant difference in statistical examinations of clinical induced labor and delivery results(P0.05). Central vascular malformation occupied 27.1%in fetus malformation, followed by nervous system at 23.5%,the proportion of others was less. The deformity severity of type-B ultrasound diagnosis hit 72.0%,clinical results accounts 74.1%,and there was no significant difference in the inter-data of statistical test analysis(P0.05).Conclusions:Ultrasound delivers high accuracy in the diagnosis of fetal abnormalities, adverse development conditions of fetal period can be found and prevented, and it imposes guiding significance in sound child rearing. Pregnant women timely undergoing ultrasonic examination may monitor fetal development and to ensure normal development of the fetus.
