Title: Basic Hospital Screening for Fetal Structural Abnormalities Review and Evaluation
Abstract: Objective Through the analysis of the study of congenital malformation fetus, in order to further improve the rate of fetal abnormalities, reduce the incidence of birth defects. Methods To our college in September 2010 to July 2013 to our hospital 11043 cases of pregnant women, in strict accordance with the ultrasonic diagnosis standard make prenatal ultrasound screening operation. Results A total of 145 cases of ultrasound screening for fetal congenital abnormalities, malformation rate was 1.31%(145/11043), deformity detection rate 89.5%(145/162), 17 cases of misdiagnosis. Detected 82 cases, 18 to 24 weeks was a perfect time for prenatal screening 18 to 24 weeks. Conclusion Specification of prenatal ultrasound screening can be found timely morphological structure of malformation fetus, to reduce the occurrence of birth defects has important clinical significance.
