Title: Observation on influence of Xueliufang on Endometrial Receptivity of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type Patients with Infertility in Frozen-thawed Embryo Transfer Cycle
Abstract: Objective:To observe the effects of Xueliufang on endometrial receptivity of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type patients with infertility in the frozen—thawed embryo transfer cycle.Method:Choosing a sample of 80 kidney deficiency and blood stasis type patients with infertility whose endometrium was undergrown,in the next frozen—thawed embryo transfer cycle, they were randomly divided into two groups:40 cases of observation group, taking a course of treatment of Xueliufang from the menstrual clean day,one dose daily, until the frozen—thawed embryo transfer day;40 cases of control group, taking estradiol valerate tablets from the third day of menstrual cycle,2 mg once, twice a day. After transplantation, they need to inject progesterone 60 mg one day and HCG 2000 U every other day, using 3 days.Monitor the type and thickness of endometrium and blood flow parameters under endometrial on the second day of menstrual cycle and before frozen—thawed embryo transfer day, while follow—up pregnancy outcomes of the two groups.Result:After the administration of drugs, endometrial thickness and type of the two groups have been improved, and the comparative differences between treatment and control groups were statistically significant(P0.05);blood flow parameters under endometrial of treatment was lower than that of the control group(P0.05);the pregnancy rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P0.01).Conclusion:Xueliufang can promote the growth of the endometrium in frozen—thawed embryo transfer cycle, improve the type of endometrium and blood flow parameters under endometrium, facilitate embryo implantation, and then increase clinical pregnancy rates.
