Title: Study on Expression of CD_(23) on Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells in Psoriasis
Abstract: Objective To determine the expression of CD 23 on PBMCs and to explore its clinical significance. Methods CD 23 on PBMCs was detected by direct immunofluorescence staining method.CD 23 on PBMCs,which combined with FITC labeled CD 23 mAb,was detected by flow cytometry. Results The results showed that the positive rate of CD 23 +PBMCs in psoriasis was significantly higher than that in the controls ( P 0.001)。The positive rate of CD 23 +PBMCs in active psoriasis was significantly higher than that of resting psoriasis ( P =0.042).After treatment,it significantly decreased than that before treatment ( P 0.001).Furthermore,the positive rate of CD 23 +PBMCs in psoriasis was close related with PASI score of psoriasis ( r =0.9813, P 0.001).Conclusion The present study suggested that the percentage of CD 23 +PBMCs in the patients with psoriasis is significantly higher and is related with the disease progress,CD 23 could be regarded as clinical reference index to observe the change of the disease progress.
