Title: Clinical Study of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Balance Acupuncture Therapy on Cervical Vertigo
Abstract: Objective:To Evaluate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine and balance acupuncture therapy on cervical vertigo.Methods:63 patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group was given the traditional Chinese medicine and the the treatment group was given the traditional Chinese medicine and balance acupuncture.These clinical effects in 2 groups were evaluated after treatment.Results:Scores after treatment in 2 groups were significantly increased.There were some obvious differences in scores at the 3rd day and the 7th day of 2 groups after treatment.Meanwhile,the score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.In the 14th day,there was no remarkable difference in 2 groups.Conclusion:Both treatments for acute cervical vertigo have certain effects in the symptoms improvment and the quality of life.The short-term effect in the treatment group is superior to that in the control group.
